Cancellation Policy

Overview

We understand plans change. ClearCrest Services LLC makes it easy to cancel or reschedule your cleaning.

One-Time Bookings

  • More than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning: Full refund, including your deposit. No questions asked.
  • Less than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning: Your 30% deposit is forfeited. The remaining balance will not be charged.
  • No-show (no cancellation, cleaner arrives and no access is provided): You will be charged the full booking amount.

Subscription Cleans

  • You may skip your next scheduled clean at any time from your dashboard at no charge, as long as it is more than 24 hours before the scheduled date.
  • Skipping within 24 hours follows the same policy as one-time bookings — the deposit is forfeited.
  • You may pause your subscription at any time. No charges occur while paused.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect after any currently scheduled and confirmed clean.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your cleaning for free as long as the change is made more than 24 hours before the original appointment. Rescheduling within 24 hours is treated as a cancellation and rebook — the original deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is charged for the rescheduled date.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
