Payment Security

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We never store your full credit card number on our servers. All data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit TLS encryption.

Information Sharing

We share your information only as necessary to provide our services. Your name, address, and booking details are shared with assigned cleaning providers. We use Stripe for payment processing and Vercel for hosting. These service providers only receive the minimum data necessary to perform their functions. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Booking records are retained for business and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us.
