Our standard clean covers all living areas: kitchen (counters, sink, appliances exterior, floor), bathrooms (toilet, tub/shower, sink, mirror, floor), bedrooms (dusting, vacuuming, making beds), and common areas (dusting, vacuuming, mopping hard floors).
Standard is routine maintenance. Deep Clean adds baseboards, interior windows, behind furniture, and detailed scrubbing (1.5x pricing). Move In/Out is top-to-bottom for empty homes — inside every cabinet, appliance, and closet (1.75x pricing).
Every ClearCrest provider passes a comprehensive background check, identity verification, and in-person interview. All providers are fully insured and bonded.

No. Many customers leave a key, garage code, or smart lock access. You’ll receive a notification when your cleaner arrives and when the job is complete.
We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for kids, pets, and the environment. If you have specific product preferences, let us know in the special instructions.
Pricing is based on your home size (square footage, bedrooms, and bathrooms) plus any add-on services and your service type. You’ll see the exact price before you book — no hidden fees. A 30% deposit is charged at booking, with the balance due after cleaning.

You can reschedule or cancel any booking from your dashboard. Cancellations more than 24 hours before your clean get a full refund. Less than 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited. See our full cancellation policy.
Yes. Our cleaners arrive with all necessary eco-friendly cleaning supplies and professional equipment. You don’t need to provide anything.
