1. Services
ClearCrest Services LLC (“ClearCrest”, “we”, “us”) provides an online platform that connects homeowners with vetted, insured cleaning professionals. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Booking & Payment
When you book a cleaning, a 30% deposit is charged immediately. The remaining balance is charged after the cleaning is completed and you've had a chance to review the service. All prices are displayed before you confirm your booking. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning will receive a full refund, including the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning will result in forfeiture of the 30% deposit. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount. 4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a complimentary re-clean. This guarantee applies to the quality of work performed, not to subjective preferences about cleaning methods.
5. Provider Screening
All cleaning providers on our platform undergo background checks, identity verification, and are fully insured and bonded. Providers are independent contractors, not employees of ClearCrest Services LLC.
6. Liability
All cleaning providers are insured. In the event of property damage during a cleaning, please contact us immediately. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of the cleaning appointment. ClearCrest will work with the provider's insurance to resolve claims.
7. Subscriptions
Subscription plans (Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly) offer discounted rates. Deposits for subscription cleans are charged 48 hours before the scheduled date. You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancelled subscriptions take effect after the current billing cycle.
8. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for providing accurate information including your home address and contact details. You agree to provide safe access to your home for the cleaning provider.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
